Stress

Stress is endemic in modern society, making us prey to various psycho-somatic conditions, including: anxiety addictions, hypertension, depression, and insomnia. We are busy, scattered, out of synch and crave inner peace, space and balance.

The Yoga Tradition and inner peace

However, there is hope! Traditionally, Yoga was developed in India as a holistic science to harmonise body , mind and breath. It is known as “the Return to Wholeness” because of the unique way in which it brings us into harmony with our centre and innate sense of “being”. Then we can truly understand why Yoga means “re-union”. This “Return to Wholeness” is the vision and culmination of the “Traditional Yoga” taught by Gill. Whatever your condition, age, motivation, you will discover, under compassionate and experienced guidance, that it is the journey to your own centre which will bring you healing and wellbeing.
