One-to-One Yoga suits busy people who can’t make classes, want to develop their practice or to address individual needs. Types of Yoga that can be offered include:
- Traditional Yoga;
- Yoga for Scoliosis;
- Yoga for Stress Relief;
- Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Sleep Disorders;
- Pregnancy Yoga;
- Hypno Yoga for Birth;
- Birth Preparation with or without a Partner;
- Postnatal and Baby Yoga;
- Baby Massage;
- Yoga for Sport;
- Mantra Yoga;
- Deep Relaxation; and
If it is a Traditional Yoga class you may choose an emphasis suited to your needs or interest: e.g. Deep Relaxation, Breathwork, Physical Postures, Meditation or indeed a balanced combination of everything.
* As long as you have a quiet space for a mat, one-to-one sessions are possible at home, work or at a venue/ studio near you.
The first session is usually 75 minutes to evaluate your needs. The subsequent sessions are then attuned with insight to meet them.
