Traditionally Yoga was taught One-to-One and was passed down from master to student. Whatever your condition, age, motivation, you will discover, under compassionate and experienced guidance, that it is the journey to your own centre which will bring you healing and well-being. 



Class options

Class options

One-to-One Yoga suits busy people who can’t make classes, want to develop their practice or to address individual needs. Types of Yoga that can be offered include:

  • Traditional Yoga;
  • Yoga for Scoliosis;
  • Yoga for Stress Relief;
  • Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Sleep Disorders;
  • Pregnancy Yoga;
  • Hypno Yoga for Birth;
  • Birth Preparation with or without a Partner;
  • Postnatal and Baby Yoga;
  • Baby Massage;
  • Yoga for Sport;
  • Mantra Yoga;
  • Deep Relaxation; and
  • Meditation. 


If it is a Traditional Yoga class you may choose an emphasis suited to your needs or interest: e.g. Deep Relaxation, Breathwork, Physical Postures, Meditation or indeed a balanced combination of everything. 


* As long as you have a quiet space for a mat, one-to-one sessions are possible at home, work or at a venue/ studio near you.

The first session is usually 75 minutes to evaluate your needs. The subsequent sessions are then attuned with insight to meet them.

If you have a group of friends who would like to practice together, I can arrange this for you (it will also reduce the individual cost).
