‘Chill with Gill ‘ – Yoga relaxation

Friday 6 March 2020 – 7.30pm to 8.30pm – McCleery Hall, Dunmurry Belfast
Unwind and reconnect with your peaceful inner self with soothing Yogic breathing (Pranayama) and deep relaxation ( Yoga Nidra) in an ambient setting. Feel , more focused , energized and open to life’s beauty following this class Then feel even more revived after a blissful night’s sleep.

In life we can become closed, static and stuck in our own problems, and patterns. We can learn how to free ourselves by tuning into our heart space using Yogic breathing, traditional Yoga practices , meditation and deep relaxation .
