De -stress and unwind from 2019 with soothing Yogic breathing ( pranayama) and deep relaxation – Yoga nidra in an ambient setting. Feel calmer, more focused ,energised and ready to enjoy a good night’s sleep.
RESET – 8th February – Yoga Workshop

Let go of 2019’s ,patterns and tensions. .This uplifting workshop will help you to create space to help you to access steadiness and ease of your body and mind – ‘sthira dukha’. Together we will explore trraditional yoga postures (asana ) , yogic breathing, (pranayama). meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to leave you feeling more aware and open to 2020’s possibilities.
